User Agreement

1. The Homeowner Information topics of Structuralhelp.com (the "Service") can be accessed by anyone worldwide with Internet access.  Use and access to the Service are subject to Copyright Notice and the conditions and terms of this User Agreement and all applicable regulations and laws, including regulations and laws governing trademark and copyright. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT QUALIFICATION OR LIMITATION, ALL OF THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT.  The Mleko Engineering Company reserves the right to change these conditions and terms at any time without prior notice.  This screen will reflect the changes.  By accessing or using the Service, you agree in advance to accept any changes.

2. The materials displayed and used on the Service, including but not limited to text, photographs, sketches, illustrations, artwork, video, software, graphics, logos, trademarks and service marks are the property of the Mleko Engineering Company and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws.  Any such content may be displayed solely for your non-commercial, personal use.  You agree not to distribute, reproduce, modify, retransmit, disseminate, publish, sell, circulate or broadcast any such material without the written permission of the Mleko Engineering Company.

3. NO INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SERVICE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ENGINEERING OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. THE SERVICES OF A QUALIFIED, LICENSED AND INSURED CONTRACTOR, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER, OR REGISTERED ARCHITECT SHOULD BE OBTAINED BEFORE BEGINNING ANY STRUCTURAL MODIFICATION, INVESTIGATION, WORK OR REPAIR.

4. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPOSED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

5. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.  NEITHER THE MLEKO ENGINEERING COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY INJURY, EXPENSE, OR LOSS OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS, OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS, THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN AS A RESULT OF OR IN RESPONSE TO ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE.  YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE MLEKO ENGINEERING COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIVISIONS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THEREON.

6. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Service, or with any portion of this User Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service.

7. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida.
