Where are you located?
We serve the entire State of Florida from our office near Orlando, Florida.
What do your services cost?
Our standard hourly rate for professional engineering services is $85 per hour. The total cost of an engineering project depends upon the equipment, testing, and personnel that are required. Lump sum or 'not to exceed' pricing is available where the amount of required engineering effort can be predefined. We are happy to discuss your project and our fees up front to determine budgetary estimates.
Some commonly required services and their invoice rate are provided below:
- Structural designs/permit ready drawings: $1/square foot
- General Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD): $50/hour
- Administration: $30/hour
- Sub-consultants and outside services: Cost + 10%
- Balcony inspection and certification per F.S. 509.2112: $20 per balcony/railing. Hourly rate charged for re-inspections, if required.
