Thorough and accurate structural drawings are essential to completing a project on time and within budget. Our plans are detailed, accurate, user friendly, and “build-able.”

Our field support is timely and accommodating. We are thorough, accurate, and dependable. A courtesy inspection for obvious concrete deterioration is provided with all (Florida Statute 509.2112) balcony inspections.

All forensic inspections are performed by a licensed professional engineer with a signed and sealed engineering report provided upon request. Our reports are accurate, timely, and use plain language where possible. We explain what we found, what we considered important and how our conclusions were reached. All our opinions are made within a reasonable degree of engineering certainty and are in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes and the Code of Ethics of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
Consultation/Expert Witness:
